Alan Leland Workshop - Making a two part mallet using the skew.
About this event
This workshop will fous on the use of the skew. You will work with Alan to turn a two part mallet using the 1 1/4" Roughing Gouge and a Skew. Alan will provide the yellow pine needed for this project.
The cost for this workshop is $50.
Techniques You Will Learn:
· Turning the blanks into their rough form using the gouge
· Shaping the mallet and handle using the skew
· How to become comfortable using a skew
· How to sharpen the tools
